Jordynn Wagner
Owner & Lead Pitching Instructor
Training Offered:
Small-Group Pitching - Detailed Pitching Evaluations - Technology Evaluations - Remote Mentorship - Limited Pop-Up Private Lessons
Coach Jordynn specializes in pitching biomechanics, sequencing, motor preferences, energy transfer, velocity development, pitch design, spin efficiency, and overall pitching performance.
Her training is individualized to how each athlete naturally moves rather than forcing every pitcher into the same mechanical model.
Due to a full recurring schedule, Coach Jordynn's private availability is primarily reserved for detailed evaluations and limited pop-up check-ins. Ongoing training with Coach Jordynn is primarily offered through small-group lessons.
Best For: Pitchers looking for in-depth mechanical development, individualized programming, pitch development, technology-based feedback, or ongoing small-group training.

Training Offered:
30-Minute Private Pitching - 60-Minute Private Pitching
Coach Autumn provides individualized 1:1 pitching instructions using the same mechanics, terminology, drills, and training principles used throughout the JoWagner program.
Private lessons provide athletes with focused feedback, additional repetitions, and dedicated time to work on their individual pitching needs.
Best For: Pitchers looking for consistent private instructions, focused mechanical work, additional repetitions, or supplemental 1:1 training alongside their JoWagner small-group lessons.

Jayleen Gil
Junior Pitching Instructor
Training Offered:
30-Minute Private Pitching - JoWagner Small-Group Assistance
Coach Jayleen has trained within the JoWagner System for several years and works with developing pitchers using the same mechanics, terminology, drills, and training principles they will encounter throughout the program.
Her ability to relate to younger athletes while having extensive firsthand experience with the JoWagner training system makes her a great option for athletes building their pitching foundation.
Best For: Younger and developing pitchers, beginners, and athletes looking for additional 1:1 repetitions and instruction.

Chantel Holguin
Speed & Agility - Position-Specific Fielding - Private & Small-Group Training
Coach Chantel focuses on developing the athletic skills that transfer directly onto the softball field, including acceleration, first-step quickness, lateral movement, change of direction, reaction time, footwork, glove work, throwing mechanics, and position-specific movement.
Her training combines athletic development with softball-specific skills so athletes aren't simply getting faster - they-re learning how to use that speed and movement on the field.
Best For: Softball athletes looking to improve speed, agility, defensive skills, footwork, reaction time, and overall athleticism.
